Who we are
Lofte is operated by Lofte Automation LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company doing business as Lofte AI. When this policy says "we," "us," or "Lofte," that is who it means. You can reach us at lofteautomation@gmail.com.
This policy covers the public website at lofte.io. It does not cover systems we build and operate for clients under a separate agreement. Those are governed by that client contract.
What we collect
We do not require an account, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. There are three places where information reaches us, and all three are things you choose to do.

Like any web server, our host records standard technical request data such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. We use that only to keep the site running and to prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To produce the audit result you asked for and to email you a copy.
- To reply to you, answer questions, and schedule a call.
- To understand what kinds of businesses are reaching out, so we can improve what we offer.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing drip sequence from the audit form. Nick and Jared read submissions and follow up personally.
Who else touches your information
We use a small number of outside services to run the site. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job, and each one has its own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. We do not use tracking pixels. If you open the embedded booking scheduler, that embedded tool may set its own cookies under Google's terms.
How long we keep it
Audit submissions and email conversations stay in our inbox as part of our business records. Chat conversations are held only for the length of the conversation to produce replies. If you want your information deleted, email us and we will remove what we hold, except anything we are required to keep.
Your choices
- Ask what we have. Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you.
- Ask us to delete it. Email us and we will delete it.
- Ask us to correct it. Email us with the correction.
- Stop hearing from us. Reply to any message and say so. We will stop.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws. We honor those requests regardless of where you live. Send them to lofteautomation@gmail.com.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls on the accounts that hold your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
